Return Policy


Right of return – replacement:

In case of a real defect or lack of agreed quality the buyer is entitled to send it back by courier, that will indicate the store, at the expense of the store. The buyer has the right to request: A) replacement of the product B) repair of C) reduction in proportion to the defect price D) right of withdrawal from the sale.

In addition, the buyer can exercise the right to return and replace the product if:

  1. The buyer contacts the store within 48 hours by phone at +30 2310281023 or by mail
  2. The buyer has received a product different from that of his order.
  3. The product has not been used and has not been damaged, therefore it is in its original condition, without being modified or removed, to be in the package with all its accompanying documents such as warranty, tab, instructions for use, receipt, invoice.
  4. To be in a condition that allows its immediate resale.


Right of withdrawal:

The consumer may withdraw the contract concluded with the store within a period of fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the relevant product. The shipping costs of returning the product to the store are borne by the consumer and should be within a period of fourteen (14) days from the publication of the contract termination. In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal by the consumer, the supplier is obliged to return the amounts paid to him by the consumer within fourteen (14) calendar days.

The exercise of the right of withdrawal by the consumer is possible if:

Refers to a product for which there is NO personalized order, such as wedding rings, or conversions.


  1. The product has NOT been worn or used beyond the test and has NOT been modified, so it should be in its original condition exactly as received by the consumer.
  2. Its accompanying documents such as guarantee, card, instructions for use, receipt, invoice have NOT been damaged or removed.
  3. Be in the package received by the consumer and be in a condition that allows immediate resale by the store.

The store is entitled to delay the refund until it receives the goods back.

In case of receipt of damaged or incomplete products the store may request compensation from the customer and will assess the damage. If evidence of damage occurs the store may unilaterally offset its claim against the customer’s claim.

The store is not responsible for any damage or loss of the product during the transfer of its return to the store.
